More anti-spam privacy protection
Thu, 2006-06-08 22:07 — Peter Hirst
I have just added an extra layer of spam protection to disguise e-mail addresses that users may deliberately or inadvertently post in submissions. Henceforth, all e-mail addresses such as this one admin@biginamerica.net in postings will automatically be converted to a secure link that can only be opened by registered users. This should prevent harvesting of email addresses from our site by spam bots. We value our time and privacy here!
Deftly avoiding the "Doh!" moment, there is a new feedback form so that people who can't or don't want to register on the site can still send us messages
