The next BIG commitee meeting will be held on Monday 4 December from 6.30 pm at a location (to be confirmed) in the Boston - Cambridge area. This meeting is for the Ball Committee and the Advisory Board to:

1. Review the BIG Ball 2006 and note any ideas or advice for next year. This will include making a provisional decision for the timing and location of next year's event, and allocating the prinicpal Ball Committee roles for 2007.

2. Discuss our overall aims and strategies as an organization, where we go from here and how to continue to grow awareness of and involvement in BIG.

3. Consider proposals for a spring networking event.

4. To thank everyone who has worked so hard this year (we expect the thanks will be n liquid form which everyone at the meeting can share in!).
